We offer the Seafish/REHIS* Elementary Food Hygiene certificate. This is a Level 2 seafood specific approved food safety programme. It is available as a taught course or through Seafish’s innovative hygiene online learning programme.
If you choose the online learning route then we will guide your trainee(s) through the learning process and carryout the online knowledge test on behalf of Seafish.
The Elementary Food Hygiene certificate issued to successful trainees is recognised by Environmental Health Officers and Local Authorities throughout the UK.
This is by far the most cost-effective way to train your staff in food hygiene at this level.

*REHIS – The Royal Environmental Health Institute for Scotland is internationally recognised as a food hygiene awarding body and has been a partner with Seafish delivering training and qualifications to the UK seafood industry for decades.
Funding: Seafish’s online learning programme (Level2/Elementary) is currently fully funded for UK-based seafood workers.
