Northstar Talent and Skills are able to deliver all of your learning requirements and we will work with you to develop something that is a direct fit for your business.
Developing the future talent of the industry, requires structured training, apprenticeships, and shifting public perception to highlight seafood sustainability.
Established in 2023, but with decades of experience of learning delivery, seafood training, and management and leadership development, Northstar is shaping the way the sector gains access to essential learning and skills.
Some of us have spent almost 40 years working in the seafood industry, while all of us are committed to delivering a high quality service that puts every learner at the heart of what we do.
We are well known in the seafood industry, by Seafish, the National Federation of Fishmongers and employers across England and Europe.
We have Seafish approved trainers in our ranks and we’re happy to work with other Seafish approved trainers to deliver programmes that require their niche expertise.
Wherever possible the seafood trainer we use/recommend will probably be amongst the best in their field.
