Please Note: Northstar Talent and Skills are not yet an approved apprenticeship training provider for the Level 2 Fishmonger Standard, but as of September 2026 we are on our way.
By December 2026 we expect to be an approved apprenticeship training provider for the fishmonger standard. To find out more about our progress see the bottom of this page.
In the meantime our expert trainers can deliver all of the skills and knowledge elements of the apprenticeship standard.
Until our APAR registration process is completed we are unable to make use of the £13,000 of apprenticeship funding that may be available to you as an employer if you were to take on a suitable apprentice.
As a consequence we charge a commercial rate for our training services. Please see the costs and funding page for details.
