Based on Seafish’s training programme for raw fish, we are able to deliver a bespoke training programme that looks at your own core fish species.
Our experts will be able to show you how to assess the quality of your fish species using the TORRY assessment schemes, onsite at your premises.
If you want a formal qualification in fish quality assessment (either the Principles or Intermediate courses) then a training course with Seafish is advised.
